For the novice the following examples explain how to install a screensaver called filename.exe

	WIN95/98			WIN3.1/3.11
	Downloading Make a note of the file name you are to download. Click on the file and save to C:\TEMP.			Downloading Make a note of the file name you are to download. Click on the file and save to C:\TEMP.
	Un-zipping Select RUN in START menu, and in the box type C:\TEMP\filename.exe and click OK.			Un-zipping Select RUN in the File menu drop-down in PROGRAM MANAGER, and in the box type C:\TEMP\filename.exe and click OK.
	Activating On the desktop (background), click right mouse button then select Properties. Select tab marked Screen Saver. From the drop-down list select your newly installed screensaver. Use Preview to see the screensaver in action. Make any time changes you wish then press OK.			Activating In Program Manager select MAIN then CONTROL PANEL then DESKTOP. Find the section marked Screensaver. From the drop-down list select your newly installed screensaver. Use Test to see the screensaver in action. Make any time changes you wish then press OK.

If you are a WINNT user, one of the two above
procedures will suit your system depending on which shell you have.

Notes
a. The above instructions for ACTIVATING the screensaver will be copied into your Windows directory as part of the un-zip process and called filename.txt.
b. After you have installed the screensaver you can delete the file filename.exe from your C:\TEMP directory - or copy it to a disk to give to a friend.
